Saanya is a multimedia designer based in Melbourne. With a professional background in graphic design and advertising, her practice focuses on 3D animation and interactivity within the field of digital design and urban play. Her work explores abstraction and surrealism, using bold contrasts in colour and imagery to create playful, thought-provoking experiences with strong visual identity that bring about experiences for which provoke thought and imagination.

Her works have been showcased at the Melbourne Design Week exhibition, Data Beyond Numbers. Her most recent project ‘Imagination Hub’ is an immersive play in collaboration with RMIT Play Lab that has facilitated workshops and various playtests. She also has recently completed her Masters of Animation, Games and Interactivity at RMIT University.
